Eligibility: Get Pumped! Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Progressive Casualty Insurance Company ("Sponsor"), Project Support Team, Inc., any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers (collectively, the "Released Parties"), and any such individuals' immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.
Promotion Period: From 12:00:00 am (midnight) Eastern Time ("ET") on 3/16/09 to 11:59:59 pm ET on 3/14/10 ("Promotion Period"). The Promotion Period will be divided into fifty-two (52) individual Weekly Entry Periods, as defined below.
How To Enter: Visit www.ProgressiveCommercial.com during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions provided to complete and submit the Official Entry Form. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 pm ET on the last day of the applicable Weekly Entry Period (as defined below) to be eligible for that Weekly Entry Period's drawing. By participating, entrants consent to the use of their submitted e-mail and street address by Sponsor for the purpose of sending promotional e-mails and direct mail to entrants or to offer information on other offers or products or services. Entrants may opt-out of receiving such e-mails or direct mail at any time and doing so will have no impact on their chances of winning. Information collected will be used in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy, available at www.progressive.com/privacy.aspx. Only one (1) entry per person and e-mail address will be accepted per day. In case of multiple entries on any day from any one person or e-mail address after the first entry received from that person or e-mail address, only the first entry received on such day will be accepted. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. The use of script, macro or automated devices (or any other devices intended to automate or subvert any aspect of entry) to enter Sweepstakes is prohibited and any entry through such means and any entry that is deemed to be ineligible (at Sponsor's sole discretion and in accordance with these Official Rules) are void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant based on the e-mail address submitted, entry will be awarded to the person named on the applicable entry (regardless of whether that is the name of the authorized account holder of the email address from which said entry form was submitted), provided such individual is eligible according to these Official Rules. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, inaccurate, or undelivered entries, or for telephonic, human or computer failures, problems or errors, interruptions in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, failures or malfunctions of connections, satellite, network, cable, Internet Service Provider (ISP), phones, phone lines or telephone systems, traffic congestion on the internet, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries or the announcement of the prizes; or for any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes, or for printing, typographical, human or other errors appearing in these Official Rules or other Sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any entries of entrants whom Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes or is in violation of these Official Rules.
Winner Selection: One (1) potential Weekly Prize winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during each applicable Weekly Entry Period throughout the Promotion Period for a total of fifty-two (52) Weekly Prize winners. Each Weekly Entry Period is seven (7) days in length and begins at 12:00:00 am ET on each Monday throughout the Promotion Period and ends on the following Sunday during the Promotion Period at 11:59:59 pm ET. Entries for one drawing will not carry forward to subsequent drawings. All drawings will be conducted by Project Support Team, Inc., an independent judging organization, following the end of the applicable Weekly Entry Period, with the first drawing on or about 3/25/09 and the last drawing on or about 3/17/10. By participating, entrants agree to the terms of these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winners will be notified by telephone and/or email and/or overnight mail and/or regular mail. Odds of winning any drawing will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Limit one (1) prize per person, per household and per email address. Potential Weekly Prize winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) within ten (10) days of date of issuance of notification. Noncompliance with the above, with these Official Rules, the inability of Sponsor to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or a prize or prize notification being returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner being selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for the drawing at issue.
Prizes: (52) Weekly Prizes (one (1) per Weekly Entry Period): $3,000, which may be used toward future fuel purchases (awarded in the form of a check). All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of any prize not specified herein as being awarded as part of prize, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, are winners' sole responsibility. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes = $156,000.
Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize except by Sponsor who reserves the right, to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value as determined by Sponsor. By participating, entrants agree that 1) Sponsor and its designees may use (unless prohibited by law), entrant's name, city and state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising, trade and/or any other purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission or notification; and 2) the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrants for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Sweepstakes (or portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in the case of termination, at its discretion, select the winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue from eligible non-suspect entries received for the applicable drawing(s) prior to the event that required such termination. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorneys' fees) and/or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.
